Sildenafil Citrate is a powerful and effective medication designed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). It is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, which is the most commonly used drug in the world for ED treatment. Sildenafil Citrate is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor that improves blood flow to the penile area. It works by relaxing the muscles around the penis and inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme. It has a unique mechanism of action that is similar to that of Viagra, but with a higher level of side effects.
Sildenafil Citrate is not recommended for people with cardiovascular conditions. It can be dangerous and have serious risks. In addition, it may cause serious side effects like priapism, sudden vision loss, hearing loss, and an increased risk of cardiac arrest. Always inform your doctor about all the medications, supplements, and dietary restrictions you are currently taking before taking Sildenafil Citrate.
Sildenafil Citrate is a powerful medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains sildenafil citrate as the active ingredient and acts by blocking the action of PDE5 enzymes in the blood vessel walls. The medication starts working immediately and reaches peak effect within 30 minutes. It may last for a long time, but its effect is usually less than 1 hour.
Sildenafil Citrate works by relaxing the muscles around the penis, which helps to increase blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. This allows for better erections and allows for easier penetration during sexual activity.
Sildenafil Citrate works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) which is responsible for breaking down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in the penis. By blocking PDE5, Sildenafil Citrate reduces cGMP levels, which results in improved blood flow to the penis and a more robust erection. By doing so, Sildenafil Citrate helps to relax the blood vessels in the penile area and allows for improved blood flow and longer erections. This makes it easier for users to achieve a satisfactory erection.
Sildenafil Citrate is generally taken 30 minutes to an hour before sexual activity. It can be taken with or without food. However, it is essential to follow your doctor’s instructions when using Sildenafil Citrate and to use the medication responsibly. Do not use Sildenafil Citrate for more than three hours before sexual activity. Avoid consuming grapefruit or grapefruit juice while using Sildenafil Citrate as it can lead to some side effects.
Sildenafil Citrate can cause some common side effects. These may include mild to moderate side effects, such as headache, facial flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain, muscle aches, and stomach upset. Rarely, Sildenafil Citrate can lead to serious side effects like sudden vision loss, sudden hearing loss, prolonged erections, or an erection lasting longer than four hours. Some serious side effects include severe allergic reactions, severe stomach problems, or changes in vision. If you experience any of these serious side effects, contact your doctor immediately.
You should not use Sildenafil Citrate if you have heart problems, blood pressure problems, liver or kidney problems, or a recent history of heart attack or stroke. It is also not recommended for people who have certain other health conditions, including a history of heart failure, angina, heart attack, or irregular heartbeat. Also, you should avoid taking Sildenafil Citrate as it can cause serious side effects like low blood pressure and chest pain.
Sildenafil Citrate is a safe medication to use. It is not a controlled substance and therefore safe for use. You can purchase Sildenafil Citrate from any drug store or online pharmacy.

On 14 March 2023, the UK Medicines regulator approved an application to reclassify the erectile dysfunction medication Cialis. When marketed asCialis Together(tadalafil 10mg), it will be a ‘P’ (pharmacy) medication, and so available ‘over the counter’ in pharmacies – see. This follows the 2018, ‘P’ classification of (sildenafil 50mg) which has been available OTC, without a prescription, since then.
This decision is good news for men’s health …. Erectile dysfunction can be a debilitating condition, so it’s important men feel they have fast access to quality and legitimate care
Dr Laura Squire, MHRA’s Chief Officer for Healthcare, Quality and Access
Unfortunately, there is a strong black market in the UK for ED medicines, which are often unlicensed or counterfeit. UK Border Force and the MHRA seize millions of pounds of these fake products from criminals annually. This new classification of tadalafil 10mg will enable men who suffer from ED to obtain it safely from a local pharmacy.
Sanofi, the drug manufacturer, is expected to launch Cialis Together later in 2023. Cialis Together will be available to purchase in pharmacies without a prescription by men over 18 with erectile dysfunction. Cialis Together tablets will contain 10mg tadalafil and the maximum pack size will be 8 tablets. Other doses and pack sizes of Cialis and tadalafil will still be available on prescription through doctors and specially trained pharmacists. Before purchase in a pharmacy there must be an assessment with a pharmacist, who will check that Cialis Together is appropriate and safe, or whether consultation with a GP is necessary.
Men suffering with ED will have another treatment option with the convenience of purchasing it in their local pharmacy, including pharmacies found inside supermarkets (eg. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s). The pharmacist will ask some health questions, may check blood pressure, and will advise on treatment with Cialis Together or Viagra Connect, or the need to consult a GP. Pharmacies usually have a private room for such discussions.
Cialis Together is a 10mg tadalafil product for use at least 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual activity. Its effects can last. It is not recommended for daily use. The maximum recommended dose of Cialis Together will be one tablet in 24 hours. Prescription Cialis and tadalafil will still be available at different doses.
Dr Fox welcomes the wider access to ED medication for men that Cialis Together classified as a ‘P’ OTC medication will provide. We at Dr Fox are aware of the difficulties men have in discussing ED with their GPs and in accessing ED medication. We know that Cialis is effective and safe for most men and this change provides another option for obtaining ED treatment. Pharmacists are health professionals who are able to give ED advice but they will also know when to refer men who would benefit from a doctor’s assessment. ‘P’ medicines can also be supplied on prescription, and we will offer Cialis Together, when available, alongside our other competitively priced ED products.

Viagra 50mg tablet contains an active component such as Sildenafil. This medication is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains the active ingredient sildenafil citrate, which belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps men achieve and maintain an erection. Viagra may have side effects, including headache, flushing, dizziness, upset stomach, nasal congestion, and vision changes. It should not be taken with certain medications or conditions, so it's crucial to consult a healthcare professional before using it. Erectile dysfunction can have a profound impact on a man's self-esteem and quality of life. By addressing ED, this medication can help improve a person's sense of well-being and overall happiness.
Individuals with a history of cardiovascular diseases, such as heart problems (angina, heart failure, irregular heartbeats) or recent heart attack, should exercise caution when using Viagra. The sexual activity itself can strain the heart and can further increase the strain by increasing blood flow. Consult with a healthcare professional to assess the risks and benefits in such cases. This medication can cause a mild decrease in blood pressure. Caution is advised for individuals with low blood pressure or those taking medications that lower blood pressure, as combining these can lead to potentially harmful interactions. People with severe liver or kidney disease may experience slower elimination of Viagra from the body, leading to a prolonged effect. Dosage adjustments may be necessary in such cases.
What is Sildenafil? Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, belonging to the class of drugs called PDE-5 inhibitors. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis, thereby improving erections. However, it is essential to note that Sildenafil's effects may differ from that of other medications. Therefore, careful review of this medication's benefits and risks is advised by a healthcare professional to ensure safe and effective treatment. As with any medication, there may be potential side effects. By combining this with Sildenafil, a person may experience a range of ED-related issues (such as erectile dysfunction, pulmonary hypertension, heart failure, slow metabolism, etc). The potential side effects of Sildenafil may include headache, nasal congestion, dizziness, blurred vision, indigestion, headache, heart palpitations, and a rapid heartbeat. Men who take nitrates or nitric oxide donors should not take this medication. Sildenafil can lead to nausea, hypertension, or high blood pressure, as it occurs in some individuals due to vasodilation - this medication's main purpose.
